I get asked questions often. Some questions I get asked a lot, others not so much. I've been interviewed twice for fitness blogs, where I went in depth with people.
I want to ask you, my readers, what you want to know! I will answer as many questions as I can. So please please please, comment below and ask me what you want to know! How can I help you on your weight loss journey?
Ask me anything about my journey. What got me started, what my favorite meal is, why I love Bob Harper, how I mentally got through this, what my life is like now...ANYthing.
I'll make a seperate post with the Q&A's when I get a bunch of questions to answer!
Come on, you know you want to ;)
HarperGirl
how did you stay focused?? I weigh 242 and I am 5'6'', so I have appx 107lbs to lose. Today is the day I start my someday I am gonna get rid of the weight and gain some energy!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm interested in how you stay focused/motivated as well. I'll sometimes go a couple or few days without exercising but then when I get back on track it feels like work. I'm hoping it'll become something I enjoy doing, but for now it's so hard!
ReplyDeleteDo you have any stretch marks? I know from having my baby I got them all over. If you do have any how do you stay confident and push bast them?
ReplyDeleteHello, here is my question.
ReplyDeleteI read what motivated you to start getting healthier, but did you have alot of support? I have none and I also have no willpower....It is really hard for me. I weigh 250lbs, 20 lbs. heavier than last year. I have a auto immune disease and it really depresses me as I cannot exercise like I want too. Any suggestions you could give would be awesome!
My questions is how did you lose the last 15 or 20 pounds? I'm 5'2" and I need to lose 15 pounds but more importantly get fit. I want to be in pictures with my children, not just take them. I was jogging and doing Bob's Super Strength but I felt like I needed harder cardio so I stared Bob's Cardio Conditioning which kicks my butt. I've also cut out almost all carbs, sugar, bread, pasta, rice . . but I'm not really seeing results. I don't want to settle for being "just a little chubby" anymore but I'm not sure where to go from here. Thanks for your advise and inspiration!
ReplyDeleteWhat do you eat on a daily basis?
ReplyDeleteI have a question - so you think that it is possible to spot reduce fat? For example, I have more fat in areas such as my triceps, mid-back portion, thighs .. so is there any technique that this can be achieved?
ReplyDeleteFYI- I too have been using Bob's workouts- amazing! I currently weigh about 120 pounds, height is about 5'6''.. thanks a
