Topic Suggestions!

Well hello to all of my new followers! Pinterest has made me a mini celeb on the fitness boards, and now I have lots of new people following my little blog :)

So my question to all of you is....what would you like me to write about? I'll create a post based on what you all are struggling with. Holiday eating? Healthy lunches? Nw workouts? Kettle bells?

  1. Being new to this I would LOVE to know how you plan your meals and include, work around your family?? My husband is USAF and weekend nights!! So pretty much the whole weekend is hard for me! :( I can fix it, just dont know how!

    Also do you do protein shakes? Energy type drinks like PUMP, a powder you drink!!?? Just wanting to know if that would help or slow down my ultimate progress?

  3. I'm wondering the same thing as M.I. I get up an hour early before my little one gets up to do my quiet time, but as soon as I finish my time with God & put on my shoes my little girl wakes up. And how do you keep your work out schedule up with everyday life? We are constantly on the go---either traveling, Bible studies, morning play dates. I really don't like working out at night b/c I will stay up late (like last night).

    Also, I've been using Advocare products & I love them. I have so much energy. Do you do protein shakes or any other vitamins?

  5. Your story is really inspiring. I just started a blog to document my weight loss and talk about the different things that keep me motivated. I have 92 pounds to lose. I'm a little taller than you, 5'6'', and I am wanting to go from 227 to 135, so my goal is close to what you lost. There are a few things that I'd like to know, like how exactly you lost the weight. Did you restrict calories? Did you work out everyday? Also, how long did it take you to lose the weight? I think that I read 6 months. That is awesome. I am shooting for an 11 month time frame, because I want to lose the weight slowly. I worry alot about excess skin and things like that because I have been overweight my whole life.   6. I am basically on the "see food" diet and I'd like to stop that, especially since it's the holidays. Those are the worst when it comes to eating all the yummy sweets in sight. any tips?
